When will my photos be delivered?

Photos and video are delivered within 24 hours of shoot completion. You'll get an email and dashboard notification when ready. See our Turnaround Policy for full details.
Can I request edits after delivery?

Yes. Every order includes one free re-edit within 48 hours of delivery. Submit your request via the dashboard or email us with your order number. See our Re-edit Policy.
What if I need to cancel a shoot?

You can cancel before photographer assignment for a full refund. After confirmation, a 50% scheduling fee applies. Day-of cancellations are non-refundable. Full details in our Cancellation Policy.
Are the photos AI-edited?

Yes — we use AI-assisted editing tools including HDR processing, color correction, and sky replacement. All edits accurately represent the property. This is disclosed on our gallery and For Agents pages.
What markets do you serve?

We're currently serving Cleveland and NE Ohio. Akron and Columbus are coming soon. Join the waitlist to get notified when we launch in your market.
How does pricing work?

There's a monthly platform fee plus a per-shoot network fee. You set what you charge your clients — the spread is your margin. See Pricing for full details.
What if the photographer doesn't show up?

Contact us immediately with URGENT in the subject. Photographer no-shows qualify for a full refund and priority reshoot at no charge. We track photographer reliability and remove bad actors from the network.
Can I download full-resolution files?

Yes. From your dashboard, you can download individual photos or the full ZIP archive in full resolution, MLS-ready. Files are available for 90 days after delivery.
