Turnaround Reshoot & Re-edit Cancellation & Refunds Support & Contact

Standard turnaround: within 24 hours of shoot completion. Your edited photos and/or video will be uploaded to your agent delivery portal by the following business day.

Standard Delivery

All orders include AI-assisted professional editing and delivery within 24 hours. From the moment the photographer completes the shoot and uploads raw files:

Photos — edited, MLS-ready JPGs delivered within 24 hours
Video walkthroughs — edited and color-graded within 24 hours
Combined packages — all deliverables in a single batch within 24 hours

You'll receive a notification via email and in your dashboard when files are ready. Delivery times begin from shoot completion, not from the time of booking.

What Counts as Delivery

Delivery is complete when edited files are uploaded to your agent delivery portal at walkthruos.polsia.app/dashboard. From there you can:

Download individual photos or the full ZIP archive
Share a direct link with your clients or upload to MLS
Access all past orders and delivery history

Rush Delivery

Need files faster? Rush delivery (under 4 hours from shoot completion) is coming soon. In the meantime, contact us at walkthruos@polsia.app with "RUSH" in the subject line and we'll do our best to accommodate urgent requests.

Exceptions

Delivery may be extended beyond 24 hours in the following circumstances:

Shoots occurring after 5pm local time (delivery by 5pm the following day)
Weekend shoots (delivery within 24 hours, excluding same-day late evening)
Properties requiring extensive editing (twilight composites, virtual staging) — you'll be notified in advance
Platform maintenance windows (rare, announced 48 hours in advance)

If we miss the 24-hour window without advance notice, we'll apply a credit toward your next shoot. Contact us at walkthruos@polsia.app.
