Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel relative to photographer assignment and the shoot date.

Cancel at any time before a photographer is matched to your order and receive a full refund. Typical assignment happens within a few hours of booking — for same-day shoots, assignment may be near-immediate.
Once a photographer accepts and confirms your shoot, they've blocked time on their schedule. If you cancel after confirmation but before the shoot date, 50% of the shoot fee is retained as a scheduling fee to compensate the photographer. The remaining 50% is refunded to your original payment method.
If you cancel on the day of the shoot, or the property is inaccessible when the photographer arrives, no refund is issued. The full shoot fee covers the photographer's time and travel.
If the property was inaccessible due to a tenant or seller issue outside your control, contact us — we review these situations case-by-case.
If listpho.to or an assigned photographer cancels your shoot for any reason (photographer no-show, platform error, scheduling conflict on our side), you'll receive a full refund automatically. You'll also be given priority rebooking at no additional charge.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your statement.
You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.
Monthly platform fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period.
