Every order includes one free re-edit within 48 hours of delivery. Reshoot requests are assessed case-by-case — at no charge if the issue is on our end.

Re-edit Policy

If the delivered photos or video don't meet your expectations, you're entitled to one complimentary re-edit per order.

What qualifies for a free re-edit

Re-edit window

Re-edit requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after 48 hours may still be accommodated at our discretion, but are not guaranteed under this policy.

How to request a re-edit

Submit via dashboard

Go to your order in the dashboard → "Request Re-edit" → describe what needs to change. Screenshots or annotations help.

Email walkthruos@polsia.app with your order number and a clear description of the requested changes.

Delivery

Re-edited files are delivered within 24 hours of request confirmation. You'll be notified via email when ready.

Reshoot Policy

A reshoot is a new shoot of the same property. Reshoot requests are handled case-by-case.

No-charge reshoots (photographer or platform error)

A reshoot at no charge will be scheduled if the original shoot failure was due to:

Client-requested reshoots

If the property was accessible and the shoot was completed as ordered, but you'd like a reshoot due to staging changes, seasonal updates, or other client-side reasons, a reshoot fee applies at our standard per-shoot network rate. Contact us to schedule.

Property access issues

If the property was inaccessible at the time of the scheduled shoot (locked, occupied, or otherwise unavailable), a reshoot may be rescheduled. Whether this incurs a fee depends on notice provided — see our Cancellation Policy for details.
